Set your pasta to boil.

Fry off your mince pepper and onion.

Once browned off, add in your seasoning and fry off for another couple of mins.

Add your chipotle paste, philadelphia and a splash of water and mix well.

Once cooked, add in your pasta and stir through your cheese then serve!
