    Melt the butter. Add chocolate and let melt completely- mix well.

    Mix eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes, then add vanilla bean paste.

    Add butter/chocolate mixture.

    Sift dry ingredients into batter and combine.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.


Notes

12 minutes: crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. 10 minutes: soft on the outside, and moist and chewy on the inside.
