UPSIDE DOWN APRICOT BREAKFAST CAKE

A delicious breakfast cake with apricots and a smooth mixture of ingredients.

Directions

    Line the bottom of a greased baking dish with the apricots and pouring the syrup on top evenly.

    Mix the ingredients together until a smooth mixture forms.

  3. 3

    Add on top of the apricots into the baking dish.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180 C(375 F) for about 30 min or until a knife comes out clean!


Notes

Enjoy with some additional vanilla soy yoghurt!
