This peri peri quesadilla is one of the most simplest things I’ve ever made on this page, but it’s going to become a new staple in my diet cause it was unbelievable

Ingredients

Directions

    Add chicken into a large mixing bowl

    Drizzle in peri peri sauce and seasoning

  3. 3

    Leave to marinade (the longer the better)

  4. 4

    Air fryer/oven bake chicken for 15 mins at 180-200

  5. 5

    Heat up a pan to a high heat and add the cooked chicken

  6. 6

    Add more peri sauce to the chicken

  7. 7

    Dice up the chicken small

  8. 8

    Add onto a wrap with 2 cheese slices

  9. 9

    Toast in a hot pan until crispy

  10. 10

    Slice down the middle and enjoy
