Looking to make a Burger packed full of protein then you need to try out this one!

    Get a pan nice & hot and add a tsp of olive oil

    Add your burgers and flatten

  3. 3

    Then season with salt & pepper

    Flip over when you have a good sear on burger

  5. 5

    Season & flatten the other side out

  6. 6

    Add 2 light cheese slices until they melt

  7. 7

    Leave the burgers to rest on the side

  8. 8

    Slice onion up thinly and add to pan until cooked

  9. 9

    Toast your brioche burger buns and place down

  10. 10

    Spread over your sauce & top with lettuce

  11. 11

    Add your first burger then 1/2 of your fried onions

  12. 12

    Top with the bottom of bun then repeat process
