    Season chicken with Nando’s Medium Rub.

    Crack eggs onto a plate.

    Crush up cornflakes on another plate.

    Dip the chicken into the egg then cornflakes.

    Air fryer/oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins.

    Heat up a pan and cook bacon medallions.

    In a bowl add lightest mayo, Nandos rub & sauce.

    Slice open your baguette and spread over mayo.

    Then add bacon medallions and chicken.

    Add low fat cheese & enjoy!
