Low Calorie Chilli Con Carne recipe for meal prepping in a calorie deficit or cooking for a large family.

    Dice up your onions, peppers and chilli.

    Heat up a pan and add a tsp of oil.

  3. 3

    Add your veg and cook on a low/medium heat for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika & cayenne.

    Push to side, add more oil and add mince.

  6. 6

    Brown mince off then mix in with veg.

  7. 7

    Squeeze in tomato puree and Passata.

  8. 8

    Leave to simmer/boil for 15 minutes.

    Add kidney beans with a few mins remaining & mix.

    Serve up with Nachos or rice & enjoy.
