If you’re craving a Chinese when you’re in a calorie deficit then you need to try out this take on an ‘Irish Spice Bag’

Ingredients

    Slice your potato’s into chip shapes

    Add tsp olive oil, salt & pepper and mix

  3. 3

    Oven/air fryer for 20 minutes at 200 degrees

    Slice your chicken into thin strips and add to a mixing bowl

  5. 5

    Add tsp oil, 1 tbsp corn starch and the above seasonings

  6. 6

    Heat up a pan and add your chicken until golden brown and cooked through

  7. 7

    Move to the side and add your veg and cook

  8. 8

    Then add your cooked chips

  9. 9

    Combine everything together with more of the salt & chilli seasoning

  10. 10

    Add to a bag or plate up & enjoy
