Egg Fried Rice
This easy, healthy egg fried rice has became a staple in my diet!

I used sticky rice microwave pots

If you have time cook rice in morning, leave to cool and store in fridge until later

Heat up a pan on a medium heat and add some oil

Whisk together two eggs and add to pan & scramble

Add in your cooked sticky rice and mix together

Season with salt, pepper & garlic

Drizzle in soy sauce and mix

Best served with some protein & veg! & can also be made in bulk by increasing ingredients!
