    Let sit for 10 minutes.

    Grease the waffle iron and make 3 waffles out of the batter.

    Stir together soy yogurt/skyr, vanilla protein, and vanilla extract for the cream filling.

    Dunk the waffles into some more espresso and let them soak a bit.

    Assemble the waffles with the cream and dust in cocoa powder.
