    Thaw and roll soya sausages in hot oil. Fry the sausages, don’t make it too dry, then remove and cut into pieces.

    In the same pot, sauté chopped onions until soft. Add minced garlic, green chilies, and dhaniya; fry for 1 minute.

    Stir in turmeric, Kashmiri masala, rombo rosi masala, and wet leave masala. Cook for 1 minute.

    Add grated tomatoes and salt, cooking until thickened and the oil settles like chutney.

    Stir in baked beans and water. Cook low and slow heat for 10 minutes. This makes all the difference.

    Add the chopped sausages and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with more dhaniya.
