Marinated Chicken Fillets
Marinated chicken fillets for wraps, salads or easy pasta dishes.

Add the fillets and ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Arrange the fillets in the air frying basket.

Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 180-200C.

Check halfway and flip the fillets if necessary.

Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.

If pan frying, brown the chicken fillets on both sides.

Throw in a knob of butter.

Add cooked pasta and pasta water.

Add a spoonful of crispy chilli garlic.
Notes
Storing the marinated chicken fillets: 1. If fresh, marinate and store in an air-tight container. 2. If frozen, thaw and use within 2 days. 3. Freeze in smaller containers for meal prep portions.
