This morning’s folded eggs with a tablespoon of cottage cheese, half an avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes and a bit more sprinkling of this yummy idly podi.

    Heat pan, add the oil and toast the idly podi for a bit before adding in the whisked eggs.

    Gently fold (scramble) them. I always start on high heat, then, when I add the eggs, I quickly lower the heat (low to medium depending on your pan).
