Tuna Carpaccio with Capers, Chilli, Parmesan and a Tangy Lemon Dressing

This was one of the lightest, freshest dishes i’ve made in a while and it only took 5 minutes. It was so tender it tasted just like beef carpaccio! Really fresh tuna and a very sharp knife are your friends here! This would make a great starter at a dinner party, it’s easy to do but looks impressive!

    Slice the tuna as thinly as you can with the grain and arrange on a plate.

    Top with capers.

  3. 3

    Shave over some parmesan using a peeler.

  4. 4

    Scatter over some fresh chilli and Greek basil.

  5. 5

    Zest over some lemon.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with lots of the dressing.
