Boil milk with sugar and cardamoms.

Let it rest on room temp.

Add flour, saffron food color, and chopped dry fruits to a bowl.

Add prepared sugar milk in 2 portions and whisk well.

Let it rest for 10 mins.

Add a pinch of baking soda and mix well.

Add 1 egg to 1 cup of prepared batter and mix it.

Ready to get into oil.
