Puff Pastry Ricotta Pear and Prosciutto Tart

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

To 1 sheet of puff pastry, spread ricotta cheese, leaving 1/2 inch on each side to fold. Brush the sides with egg wash.

Top with sliced pear and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Top with prosciutto, pistachio and hot honey!
