Ingredients: 0.25 cup water; 0.25 cup honey; 2 puff pastry (sheets); 0.5 cup pistachio; 2 tbsp sugar; 0.5 tsp cinnamon; 3 tbsp butter; honey; egg white; 1 tsp water

A convenient and delicious twist on traditional baklava using puff pastry.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and baked.
