Fig Jam Pistachio Phyllo Bites

Add melted ghee or butter to every 4-5 sheets of phyllo dough. Work fast so phyllo doesn’t dry. You’ll need to repeat this for about 3-4 times or until you have used the 1 package of phyllo or at least 18-20 sheets.

Spread fig jam or jam of your choice. Top with chopped pistachio. Roll the dough tightly. Cut into 12 rounds.

Add melted butter or ghee on bottom of each muffin pan, add the phyllo bite, top with more melted ghee or butter. I used about 1-2 tsp, you don’t need a lot.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until golden. Drizzle honey while hot and enjoy!
