Skillet Lemon Butter Chicken & Potatoes

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

    To a small skillet, add the olive oil, then add the potatoes. Season the potatoes to liking with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, & pepper. Then top with some butter & lemon slices.

    Too the potatoes with the chicken legs. Drizzle olive oil over the legs then season with the same seasonings used for the potatoes. Rub the seasonings into the chicken for even coating.

    Top the chicken legs with lemon & butter. Cover with tin foil & bake for 30-45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender & the chicken has an internal temperature of 165F. Uncover & let the skin of the chicken crisp for 5-20 minutes.
