    Preheat the oven to 325F.

    To a small baking dish, add the butter, egg, vanilla, sugar, & pumpkin purée. Mix until well combined.

    Then, add the flour & pumpkin spice. Mix until well combined. Then bake for 20 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick & soft crumbs come out.

    While the bread is baking, assemble the glaze by adding all the ingredients listed above in a small bowl & mixing until well combined.

    Once the bread is done baking, let it cool, top with the glaze & enjoy!


Notes

You can use powdered sugar instead of the glaze, and it's perfect for breakfast or dessert!
