    Add everything to a large labelled freezer bag and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

    Remove from the freezer and defrost (if frozen), pour into the slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.

    Serve with couscous and a dollop of yoghurt, yum!
