5. 1 tsp ground cumin
6. 2 tsp turmeric
7. 1 lemon, juice only
8. salt + pepper
9. 600 g extra-firm tofu
10. 280 g basmati rice
11. vegetable oil
12. lettuce

2. 180 g plant-based yoghurt
3. ½ lemon, juice only
