Peanut Butter & Jam Burgers
Peanut butter and jelly home made smash burgers OMG these were amazing. These were to share for two.

Mash up the beef mince, add the burger spices and an egg, and divide the mince into 4. Flatten into burgers and fry until brown.

Add cheddar cheese to the burgers and leave in the hot pan to melt.

Peel and chop the potatoes, cover with boiling water, and zap in microwave for 5 mins. Drain, rinse with cold water, and then pop into airfryer. Spray with frylight and add spicentice chip seasoning for perfect chips.

Get the buns ready, add a layer of lettuce, the beef burgers with cheese, then add a quarter a tsp of strawberry jam and a tsp of peanut butter.

Cook the chips in the airfryer at 200 for 30 mins, shaking every 5 mins.
