Black Forest Cake

Name: Black Forest Cake
Ingredients: 1 egg; 0.25 cup oil; 0.33 cup sour cream; 0.5 cup warm coffee; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 cup plain flour; 1 cup sugar; 1 tsp baking powder; 6 tbs cocoa powder; 0.75 tsp baking soda; salt (Pinch); fresh whipped cream; dark chocolate shavings; canned cherries in light syrup (Use some of the syrup for the soak)
