Fluffy and soft with a slightly crunchy muffin top, they rise up nicely!

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, bp) and mix wet ingredients (egg, sugar, milk, yogurt, ect) thoroughly, in separate bowls.

    Add dry to wet until just combined (donโ€™t over mix).

    Fold in your toppings of choice.

    Scoop batter into a greased or lined muffin tin.

  5. 5

    Bake at 425F for 5 min (the high heat helps them rise!!) & lower to 375F and bake 15-20 min until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out without wet batter.
