Perfect snack to have lying around, refuel after some activity or enjoy with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
Ingredients
g Flora Salted
g soft light brown sugar
tbsp. runny honey
sea salt
g macadamias and pistachios
g apricots
g cranberries
tbsp. chia seeds
g pumpkin seeds
g rolled porridge oats
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150C.
In a saucepan, melt the Flora salted, honey, sugar and salt, stirring regularly.
Let it just come to a boil and then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, pour over the wet ingredients and spread into a lined 9x9 baking dish.
Flatten evenly, be sure to scrape down the sides.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Once out, cover with parchment and place something heavy on top of the baked flapjacks and let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
