Peaches are SO good right now and this crumble is just in time for the weekend!

Peach Crumble

Ingredients

For the fruit

  • quarters peaches
  • tbsp caster sugar
  • tbsp lightbrown sugar
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tbsp water

For the crumble

  • g flour
  • g butter
  • g caster or granulated sugar
  • g light brown sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the quartered peaches with the sugar, water and cinnamon in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Rub the flour, butter and sugar between your fingers until you get an almost sand like texture with little knobbles.
  3. Sprinkle this generously over the crumble.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190c or until golden.
  5. Leave to sit for 15 minutes before serving.
