Beef Salsa Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

  • g Ground beef
  • can Chopped tomatoes
  • Lime juice
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Jalapeño
  • ml Ketchup
  • ml Olive oil
  • tsp Dried cilantro
  • tsp Dried cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheddar
  • Lettuce
  • Mayo
  • Raw onions
  • Brioche rolls

Instructions

  1. Drain the tomatoes and add to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and combine.
  2. Divide ground beef into 113g balls and salt them, heat a skillet or griddle over medium high heat and smash a ball, flip after a minute, add cheese and cover and cook for another minute.
