Hot Honey Kimchi Omelette

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • tsp butter
  • spring onion
  • tbsp kimchi
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • cheese
  • honey
  • chilli oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, spread this all over the pan. Add sliced spring onion, cook for 1 min. Add kimchi and cook for a further 1 min.
  3. Pour over the eggs evenly. Cook for 1 min then add chives and grated cheese. Cook for roughly 2 mins, use a rubber spatula to slide around the omelette and loosen the sides.
  4. Flip half over, turn off and cover with a lid for 1 min.
  5. Serve with chilli oil and a drizzle of honey - enjoy!
