Pan Fried Sea Bass with Buttery Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Large Sea bass fillets
  • tbsp Flora Buttery
  • tbsp Capers
  • tbsp Parsley
  • Garlic clove
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Have all of your ingredients ready, pat dry the fish with paper towel on both sides and then score the skins.
  2. Melt a tsp of Flora buttery in a large frying pan and lay the fish skin side down.
  3. Let that cook for a minute or so and then flip over for about a minute.
  4. Remove from the pan and then add more flora buttery, along with the capers and smashed garlic clove and let that sizzle for a minute or so before removing from the heat and stirring through the herbs and lemon juice.
  5. Season to taste and serve on top of the fish.
