Pan fried sea bass with a buttery lemon, caper sauce
Ingredients
Large Sea bass fillets
tbsp Flora Buttery
tbsp Capers
tbsp Parsley
Garlic clove
Lemon
Instructions
Have all of your ingredients ready, pat dry the fish with paper towel on both sides and then score the skins.
Melt a tsp of Flora buttery in a large frying pan and lay the fish skin side down.
Let that cook for a minute or so and then flip over for about a minute.
Remove from the pan and then add more flora buttery, along with the capers and smashed garlic clove and let that sizzle for a minute or so before removing from the heat and stirring through the herbs and lemon juice.
