    Mix all ingredients for the cake apart from the coffee and add to a small ramekin.

    Bake at 180 for 10-12 mins.

    Leave cake to cool and cut into 2 layers.

  4. 4

    Pour coffee over the top of each until soaked.

  5. 5

    Finally add the yoghurt mixture and toppings.
