Add the sweet thins, peanut butter, coconut oil, & salt to a food processor & blend.

Press the crust into a parchment-lined baking dish, then place in the freezer to set while you prepare the filling.

Whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, & salt until completely smooth.

Spread the caramel onto the crust and place back in the freezer.

For the final layer, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil.

Stir in the peanut butter & pour over the peanut butter caramel.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Place back in the freezer to set for at least 20 min.

Once set, cut into bars & enjoy
