Add all ingredients into a food processor and place on high. Stopping to scrap down the sides as needed.

Once well combined, using hands to create balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle each ball with melted chocolate and cinnamon.

Place in the freezer to set for about 10-15 minutes.

Remove and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
