Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

Base Recipe: 1 cup 2% milk, 1 scoop @leanfitbrand vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tbsp. Light Cream Cheese, 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen.

    Mix together milk and protein powder in Creami pint with a milk frother.

    Add cream cheese and strawberries. If using fresh strawberries, mash them with a fork.

    Put the mixture into the freezer for 12-24 hours.

    Once the base is frozen, spin on “smoothie bowl” setting.

    If the mixture comes out powdery like snow, add 1 tbsp milk and respin until you get a thick and creamy ice cream texture.

    If you want harder ice cream, pop the base back into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
