For tempering: Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, and dry red chillies. Let it sizzle for a few seconds.

For the handi: Add onions, tomatoes, cashew nuts, and water to the pan. Let it cook until the vegetables are tender.

For the vegetables: Add carrot, cauliflower, French beans and Cluster beans mix, capsicum, and green peas to the pan. Let it cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add paneer, fresh cream, and dry fenugreek to the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes.

Add the spice mix to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
