Crispy Air fried Potato Wedges

    Peel and cut potatoes in wedges.

    Blanch them in boiling hot water with salt for 7-8 mins.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above (except salt ) into the blanched potatoes.

    Air Fry them on 195 degrees for 12 minutes on one side then flip,stir and air fry again for 5 minutes on the other side

    For the dip mix 4 tbsp of cream cheese with 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.
