    Halve and scrape the lemon, then squeeze out the juice.

    Pour the juice into a saucepan with sugar and gelatin, stir until smooth.

    Pour into a whipping cream bowl and mix together.

    Bring them back into the lemon mass through the sieve.

    Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
