Almond Croissant
Tastes unreal unlike some ‘healthy’ recipes, great for the gut and high protein to hit your goals.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a larger baking dish or use silicone dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, 300g Greek yogurt, almond milk, almonds, chia seeds, eggs, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set. The larger batch might take a little longer, so check around the 30-minute mark and adjust as needed.

Mix yogurt, soft cheese and honey for the topping

Top oats base with yogurt mix and a garnish of almonds

Serve and enjoy!
