Stewed Apple & Rhubarb
This is the perfect addition to porridge, yoghurt or granola!

Cut off rhubarb leaves and wash stalks.

Chop apple and rhubarb into 2 cm pieces.

Add all ingredients to a saucepan. On medium heat, bring contents to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until fruit has softened to your liking, stirring occasionally.
