    Cut up pumpkin into medium sized pieces and place on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until done.

    Meanwhile, slice zucchini and sauté in a pan with olive oil and garlic for 5 minutes per side.

    Arrange roasted pumpkin and sautéed zucchini on a large plate. Top with goats cheese, pesto and sprinkle with pine nuts and basil leaves.
