Directions

    In a bowl combine all ingredients for cucumber and tomato salad. Mix well and set aside.

    For yoghurt dressing combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

    Slice potato into thin strips. In a bowl add remaining chip ingredients and mix until evenly coated.

    Place potato chips in air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 13 minutes or until golden.

    Meanwhile combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

    Take a tablespoon of meatball mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat for remaining mixture.

    Add olive oil to a large pan on medium heat. Add meatballs and turn occasionally to brown all over. Cook for 8 minutes or until cooked.

    Assemble ingredients into bowls and enjoy!
