In a pan bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

When boiling add in 1/2 cup of sweet rice, lower heat to medium/medium low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes to allow rice to expand.

Add in coconut cream, ube halaya, and ube flavoring. Continue to cook at a low and slow rate until rice is fully cooked and porridge thickens.

Top with evaporated milk.
