A bowl packed with seasoned roasted veg, quinoa and a delicious peanut dressing

Ingredients

Directions

    Dice sweet potato and trim broccoli, season and coat with olive oil. Bake at 425 for about 20 min or until potatoes are tender.

    While the veggies bake, make quinoa according to directions.

  3. 3

    Combine ingredients for the dressing and chop cabbage.

  4. 4

    Assemble the bowl and top with dressing!
