Air Fried Crispy Salmon Rice
Lazy girl edition with very little dishes to do and no fishy smell in the house

Air fry salmon fillet seasoned with dumplingdaughter spicy sweet soy sauce for 12 min at 400 deg F

Use day old rice and mix in green onions and dry seaweed sheets with some dumpling daughter sauce

Add the air fried salmon into the rice and mix well

Mold your seasoned salmon rice and add a hard boiled egg if you’d like inside into a cute plump thicc little rice ball

Transfer the salmon rice ball into the airfryer and cook for another 10-12 minutes at 400 deg F — check in between to see if the rice looks crispy enough for your preference

Sprinkle cilantro and drizzle more sauce and ENJOY
