Fall = pumpkin season! These cupcakes are perfect for a fall get-together and are so easy to make with @trueatsbaking french vanilla cupcake & cake mix! The cupcakes are sooo fluffy and taste so good with the coconut cream icing.

    Add all ingredients except for the coconut cream and monk fruit sweetener to a medium mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

    Spoon batter into a lined muffin tray.

    Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min. Let cool.

    In a small bowl, mix together the coconut cream and monk fruit sweetener. Top cupcakes with icing and enjoy!
