Healthy Fluffy Banana Bread
I didn’t add in any sweetener because the ripe bananas make it super sweet but feel free to add in a little maple syrup to your liking! Love adding in walnuts and chocolate chips - but those are optional!

Blend all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) together in the food processor or high speed blender.

Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, or sliced banana if you’d like!

Bake at 350° for 40-55 min or until a toothpick comes out dry!
Notes
To make your flax eggs, combine 3 tablespoons ground flaxseeds with 6 tablespoons water and let sit for 10 min to gel.
