A simple and delicious recipe to meal prep for busy work week breakfasts on the go, plant based and high in protein.

    Mix the yoghurt, oats and milk in a bowl

    Pour a layer into a glass (or bowl, jar, tupperwear whatever you want to use) then follow with a layer of chopped strawberries and repeat until all the mixture is used up.

    Top with a crumbled biscuit and leave in the fridge overnight.
