Sheet Pan Dinner
Easy and nutritious dinner recipe with chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, and more

Preheat oven to 425F.

Place cauliflower, onion and garlic cloves onto a large baking sheet and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp thyme. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 min.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add chicken, 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 tsp thyme, salt and pepper. Mix until coated.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven and flip the cauliflower. Add chicken and broccoli to the baking sheet. Toss the broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine butter, breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Spoon over cauliflower and broccoli.

Bake for another 15-20 min or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Enjoy!
