Remove the rind from the chilled brie using a sharp knife or cheese slicer.

Tear up the brie and add it to a food processor or mixer. Let it come to room temperature.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey and whip the cheese on medium speed until it's creamy.

Scrape the sides of the bowl down every minute or so to get the best creamy consistency.

Turn the speed up to high to really whip it thoroughly.

Spread the whipped brie in a serving bowl, taking up as much surface area as possible.

Add toppings of your choice, such as the rest of the honey, fig jam, crushed pistachios, and flaky salt.
