Salmon Sushi Bake

A great little party appetizer, snack, or lunch! Plus it’s filling & easy to make!

Ingredients

Directions

    Season salmon with: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder & air fry

    Once shredded, add: 1/3 of an 8 oz block of cream cheese, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha, & green onion

    Used 1 cup of @oceanshalo Organic Sticky Rice (Instructions after cooking: add 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 c. rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, and a little mirin)

    Add Nuri Komi Furikake (Rice Seasoning), sesame oil, and toppings: Kewpie mayo, sriracha, & green onion
